Return and Refund Policy

All staff we send to customers are customized based on customers' intention and with the confirmation of customers, therefore, the return and refund application is acceptable unless the staff package is lost or disappeared during the delivery.

Customizing Policy

We commit to match the requirements of customers during customization. However, all of us should show respect to protect the rights of public and individuals privacy. Any customizing interrupting legal right, but not limited, is forbidden.
